An Interview With Meg

I’ve done my fair share of Video interviews. But I’d thought it would be fun to take my friend Meg and plunk her down in front of a camera and make her tell me all about her recent internship in DC. From there I sculpted a few of her comments into minute video focusing on the narrative of bipartisanship and misconceptions.

It’s amazing how much control an editor has over the interview subject. The digital cutting room floor contains her personal political affiliations, and how she landed the position despite her oppositions to the congressman’s party. But those things would have distracted from her main point – Things aren’t always how we see them through the window do modern media. And I hope that point comes through below.
